Refining

I am constantly refining, reshaping and honing the project - in my head, on paper, on the dry wipe board, in conversations with people - so that the project is constantly inflating and deflating like a nebulous balloon. There are so many variables involved in the equation: timing, weather, people's involvement, practicalities.
