Another great day. We ahd a 20 strong turn out. Local Parkour movement swift-freedom, AKA Worldwide Jam TV took the workshops, starting withh a group stretch across the terracotta ramp by Felmore's Shops. They then jogged everyone down to Northlands Park where they proceeded to enact a series of flowing movements in, out, inder, over and around the play equipment. I had a go tightrope walking across the top edge of a bench, and at the torturous stretch frm wall to wall. It is hard!
