Speakers' Corner 2
It's gathering pace. I was unable to be there, but I sent a Norwich posse - the Arcadian guys turned up to speak, photograph + film, and were happy to report back that around 12 people turned up + they all really got into it. Everyone had a go, including the kids.

A great event that we all enjoyed, and it was nice that the children could express themselves so publicly. Children don't always feel listened to or taken seriously - so my daughter says about her reception from adults generally.
I think this should be an empowering event that could happen in schools - The ART U NEED ROADSHOW, going to schools and getting kids to express themselves - to learn to communicate verbally and positively. Perhaps incorporating POETRY SLAM too.
We still have to see the video of this event, I got a bit passionate I think but hey.
